Initially, the approach may challenge you but believe us it will turn you into a better individual and cause a deep level of personal satisfaction.


4. Talk to strangers: Another way to say goodbye to your comfort zone is by communicating with strangers. This enhances your communication skill, build your confidence level, thus allowing you to overcome your shyness with new people. It is an effective way to learn amazing things about different people, different perspectives, diverse styles and passions and so on.
